Adeniji Adele is one of Africa's most accomplished real estate professionals, with over 30 years across valuation, property management, brokerage and strategic consultancy. He has held nearly every senior role at FIABCI Nigeria — Treasurer, Vice President and President — and is currently President of FIABCI Africa/Near East. At FIABCI International he judges the Prix d'Excellence Awards, sits on multiple global committees, directs the International Scholarship Board and has been nominated as United Nations Representative, having represented Nigeria at World Congresses from Dubai and Paris to Singapore, Taipei and New York. He is a Fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers, the Chartered Institute of Auctioneers and the Nigeria Institute of Management, and a member of RICS, the African Real Estate Society, the National Association of Realtors, AEAN and IFMA. Past President of the Jericho Business Club and a Paul Harris Fellow of Rotary International, he has published widely on real estate finance, housing deficits, infrastructure, property rights and sustainable urban planning.
