Akinropo Abraham holds dual leadership roles at akinABRAHAM Associates as Head of Valuations and Capital Markets and Chief Growth Officer, advising on valuation, real estate and capital markets across Nigeria and sub-Saharan Africa. He specialises in institutional-grade valuation, investment advisory and strategic growth, spanning land acquisition, investment sales, joint venture structuring, development financing, asset management and corporate real estate advisory, with a particular focus on valuation reliability, sustainability, real estate data analytics and financial market stability. He has executed over $2.5 billion in real estate and capital markets transactions, and his portfolio — built on prior experience at Broll Property Group and Global Property and Facilities International — covers more than 100,000 multi-housing units and over 2 million square metres of retail, office, industrial, medical and data centre space. A Registered Surveyor and Valuer and a Fellow of the NIESV, he is also a Registered Professional with the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria and holds a BSc (Hons) in Estate Management from Obafemi Awolowo University.
