Oladapo Runsewe leads the HIDD Advisory team and directly handles property risk assessment and valuation. HIDD brings together home inspection, legal due diligence, risk intelligence and valuation to help clients assess property transactions before committing capital.
His work examines how neighbourhood conditions, infrastructure, and market demand affect property risk and value. He uses research, comparable market evidence and structured analytical frameworks to assess pricing and identify risks that may not be apparent. As team lead, he brings findings across HIDD’s disciplines together to help clients decide whether to proceed, renegotiate, and investigate further on real estate transactions.
He previously held senior research roles at Estate Intel, where he worked extensively across African real estate markets. He holds an MSc in Real Estate Finance from Heriot-Watt University.
