Osagie Alfred is a certified real estate professional with over 18 years of practice, specialising in asset management — combining governance, risk management, advisory, research, facilities and property management, investment decision analysis and dispute resolution to deliver sustainable, optimised portfolio returns. At Stanbic IBTC Holding Company he made hundreds of real estate investment decisions valued at ₦24bn. As a turnaround specialist he has audited a closed pension fund's ₦22bn real estate portfolio and grew an asset management company's residential returns by 80% in ten months. He trained at The College of Estate Management Reading, Lagos Business School, the EACB Executive Leadership Programme and Columbia Engineering Executive Education, and holds IFMA's Facility Management Professional credential. A member of RICS and an accredited RICS mediator, he represents clients in property disputes and trains other mediators. He sits on the NIESV Lagos State executive, serves as Secretary General of FIABCI Nigeria, and volunteers with the Nigeria Economic Summit Group and the Africa FM Standards Committee. A trained life coach, he mentors young professionals and has facilitated sessions at Knight Frank Academy, BRG Academy and CWRE Academy.
