Tope Adekoya is a leading figure in Nigeria’s luxury real estate and hospitality sectors, known for his vision, discipline and commitment to excellence. As Co-Founder and CEO of 7-Fifteen Capital Limited, he leads a progressive luxury development firm specialising in high-end residential and mixed-use properties in prime locations across Abuja and Lagos, covering development, construction and delivery. His signature project, the 7-Fifteen Lakeside Estate in Jabi, is Abuja’s first waterfront community. Under his leadership, 7-Fifteen Capital has built a portfolio of completed and active projects. The company’s portfolio now includes Lakefront Towers, Residence M, Myari Lakeside, The Residence, The Shore and The Cove Lakeside in Abuja, and Zurii Residences in Ikoyi and Amani Residences in Banana Island in Lagos. With a pipeline of 500 to 1,000 homes, 7-Fifteen is setting new standards for design and delivery in Nigerian real estate. Beyond real estate, Tope is active in hospitality through Husk Collections & Projects Limited, which offers premium serviced apartments and recreational facilities. His work in both sectors reflects a clear understanding of how property and hospitality meet the expectations of modern consumers. His entrepreneurial career began with Bilateral Communications, which he co-founded to optimize the Internally Generated Revenue (IGR) systems of Nigerian states. Through his innovative strategies, states such as Delta recorded IGR growth of up to 150% between 2010 and 2013. In 2015, he co-founded SME 100, a social enterprise supporting young African entrepreneurs. Through his dynamic leadership, SME 100 has mobilised over $2 million in funding and created platforms including the Africa Small Business Summit and the “25 Under 25” awards, which recognise and support the continent’s next generation of business leaders. Adekoya’s commitment to social impact is equally evident in the healthcare sector, where he serves on the board of Elephant Healthcare. His strategic input supported the company’s entry into the Nigerian market and its digital transformation of healthcare delivery across the region. A passionate advocate for education and social equity, Adekoya channels his success into philanthropy through the 7-Fifteen Foundation. This foundation’s initiatives focus on uplifting underprivileged communities in Nigeria, with a particular emphasis on education, development, and child welfare, leaving a lasting legacy of empowerment and hope. He holds an MBA from the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, an MSc in Marketing and Advertising from Coventry University, and a BSc in Economics.
