Head of Marketing
Lagos, Nigeria – Full time
We are looking for a Head of Marketing who’ll lead all our marketing activities from social media and digital campaigns to advertising and creative projects. Head of Marketing responsibilities includes developing and executing plans to help establish our brand, effectively allocating resources to different projects and setting short-term and long-term department goals.

Ultimately, you will run our Marketing department in ways that ensure we have a strong positioning and higher profitability and competitiveness.
The Role
The Head of Marketing will work with the marketing team to design and deliver bold, strategic tailored marketing campaigns
that promote and position the CW brand, our individual products and service offerings and appeal to our key buyer personas.
What you’ll be doing
- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness, engagement and lead generation
- Work with the marketing team to develop strategies for, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative
- Preparing and managing monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
- Setting, monitoring and reporting on team goals
- Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative
- Set, monitor and report on marketing team goals
- Ensure our brand message is solid and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
- Analyze consumer behaviour and determine customer personas
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
- Monitor market trends and craft strategies to leverage them
- Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as a Marketing Specialist, Head of Marketing or VP of Marketing (preferably within the real estate industry)
- Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels
- Excellent, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
- Experience running successful marketing campaigns
- Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Adwords
- Experience with CRM software
- Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritise goals
- Certification in Marketing or a relevant field
- Ability to quickly prioritize and assign tasks
- Excellent leadership and project management skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
